Bay Area Foot Care – Telemedicine
Telemedicine appointments are now available for our Rocklin and Folsom offices through telephone, text, Facetime, and Zoom!
In light of COVID-19, we are making changes to our office in order to protect the health and safety of our patients. While our office will remain open for patient visits, we will be expanding our practice to include tele-office visits through text, Facetime, and Zoom. Telemedicine visits will allow you the convenience of staying at home while also giving the same quality of care to our patients as an in-office visit. In addition to adding telemedicine visits, our office has also updated our protocols to account for social distancing. We will try to bring patients back into a sanitized room upon check-in instead of making patients wait in the lobby.
To schedule a tele-visit, email us at [email protected] or call us at (916) 435-5200. To schedule an appointment, we require a copy of your insurance card, completed new patient documents that we will provide you via email, and a credit card to reserve your appointment time and cover the copay and deductible fees.
Our cancellation policy is that you must call or email the office 48 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.
